Brent North has been serving CRF-OC for 25 years. In his employment and education law practice, he is regularly on the cutting edge of constitutional law issues and has been able to leverage those connections to help with CRF-OC’s programs. North & Nash, A Professional Law Corporation has been a long-time sponsor and supporter of our programs.

Brent’s roots to CRF-OC go back to his high school days when he was once part of Buena Park High School’s mock trial team. When he was a young lawyer, he coached his alma mater’s mock trial team and later joined the Board in 1998. There isn’t a program that he hasn’t participated in, but perhaps he has contributed most to Law Day where he chaired and later co-chaired the Law Day Committee for more years than he can count. Brent served on the Executive Committee and served as President when CRF-OC had to adjust away from its largest funding source during a substantial economic downturn. Brent remains committed to the life-changing programs of CRF-OC and raising civility and responsibility among tomorrow’s leaders.

CRF-OC is a family affair. Brent and Jennifer have been married for 28 years and she has volunteered with Law Day, Career Forum, and Mock Trial. They have four children and two grandchildren, and all of the children who are old enough have been through CRF-OC programs.
